Welcome to my training blog. I'm training for my first half-Ironman and my fourth marathon.

I missed one race, Bay to Breakers. However, I've continued to up the number of miles I can run without taking a walk break. As of yesterday, I can run seven full miles. I'm excited to take these legs out Sunday for their first half marathon in a couple of years.
